You need:

1> Pink or fuchsia felt 
2> Scissors 
3> Hot glue

Instructions:

Cut a rectangle out of the felt. Each piece of felt should make 4 bows. After cutting them just round the corners, use a half inch strip of felt to go in the middle and hot glue in place. Finally slip the headband through the center loop.
