Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Cut the Base Strip
Cut a long rectangular strip from cardstock (approx. 15–18 cm long and 4–5 cm wide).
This will be your bookmark ruler base.
2. Draw Measurement Lines
Using a ruler and pencil, mark measurement lines along one edge:
- Add centimeter (cm) markings
